Our work in the residential sector
Special house 1
This traditional house is divided into 2 parts.
The manager of the company lives in the first floor and attic; this part has been designed to be as comfortable as possible; the bus manages the lighting and heating, which can be controlled via Jung and Hager switches as well as via a touch screen that uses the KNXControl software.
The ground floor is used as an office; several people have access to it for work purposes; this floor is also used as a showroom for customers who wish to visit an installation. This office has been designed to be as scalable as possible in order to satisfy potential needs for expansion.

Special house 2
This Jura-style farm has been rearranged as a character guest house; it is designed to accommodate tourists for a few nights. Management was therefore the key concept of this study, since the 7 guest rooms and the owners’ lodging had to be managed from a central point.

Fitted and mobile touch screen, weather station
The whole dwelling can be controlled from a central point; the lighting and roller shutters can thus be controlled from the reception area and the presence or absence of occupants in a room can be checked.
